About Wellness Pilates.

How I can help you?

I understand what it’s like to experience debilitating back pain or have sports injuries. I also understand what it’s like when the body goes through mid-life changes and the impact of those changes.

What has helped me overcome back pain, sports injuries, stiffness and tension is movement and applying an integrated approach towards wellbeing.Hi, I am Dalia, the integrated movement coach. I am a certified Body Control Pilates teacher and founder of Wellness Pilates.

This is why I founded Wellness Pilates, a bespoke Pilates practice. Wellness Pilates provides integrated personalised movement coaching and programmes tailored to YOUR individual needs so that you can feel good in your body again.
