I have been attending Dalia's Pilates class for many years now - in fact it's pretty much the main reason I stick to the same gym, as she teaches there. Dalia's method of teaching comprises attention to detail and precision of movement - which to me is quintessential Pilates.
She tunes in to what the class needs - ie too much desk work causing stiff neck/shoulders and hips - and often tailors the class accordingly. She is empathetic, and has a great sense of humour which makes you feel relaxed and attentive at the same time. When I manage to take two of her classes during the week it helps me to feel grounded.

I have been taking Pilates classes with Dalia for a number of years now and cannot recommend her highly enough. She is superbly trained, thorough and supportive in her teaching. She offers a great balance of theory and practice, talking you through each exercise to ensure it is being done well, and gently correcting you where needed.
She is attentive to every student, offering tailored guidance and support to target problem areas. This is something I have rarely found in other classes.
The group she brings together is a joy to exercise with, and I thoroughly enjoy the convivial nature of our class. Her welcoming energy offers a place to shed the stress of the daily grind, to take a breath and refresh.
She has helped me develop much more mobility in my back and neck, which have always been very stiff. Most importantly, I always leave her lessons feeling great - stretched, lighter, and more flexible, and so glad that I started my day in Dalia's Pilates class.
Dalia’s form of Pilates is very much focused on general wellness, all over body strengthening and improved posture, and I have benefited greatly in all of these areas by attending these classes over the past couple of years.
The sessions also have a strong focus on breathing properly during the different exercises, so you get the maximum benefit from the movements being practised. This has additional benefits in the fact that you feel rejuvenated not only in body but in mind. I have never felt so calm and relaxed, and I always have the best nights sleep following one of Dalia’s classes.
