These terms tell you the rules for using our website www.wellnesspilates.uk (our site) and set out our Services.
www.wellnesspilates.uk is a site operated by WPL London Ltd, known as “Wellness Pilates” or "we". Wellness Pilates are registered in England and Wales under company number 11438956 and have our registered office at 126 Sinclair Road, Ground Floor, London W14 0NL.

By using our site, you confirm that you accept these Terms and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our site. Wellness Pilates recommend that you print a copy of these Terms for future reference.
Wellness Pilates may amend these Terms from time to time. Every time you wish to use our site, please check these Terms to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time.
Wellness Pilates may update and change our site from time to time to reflect changes to our Services. Wellness Pilates will try to give you reasonable notice of any major changes.
Wellness Pilates may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation. Wellness Pilates will always tell you in writing if this happens and we will ensure that the transfer will not affect your rights under the contract.
Our site is directed to people residing in the United Kingdom. Wellness Pilates do not represent that content available on or through our site is appropriate for use or available in other locations.
Bookings need to be made through our website booking system. No refunds or exchanges can be given, so please be sure of your purchase.
Your Pilates class, private session or workshop (all collectively known as the “Services”) will not be confirmed until we have received payment from you. If you choose to pay by direct bank transfer, your place is only secure once we have received it and notified you of receipt.
Group classes, packages and private sessions, once booked are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. It is also not transferable to another person.
For cancellation, we required a minimum 24 hours’ notice. You will be charged for the class or session if you do not provide us with 24 hours’ notice before you cancel.
Our group class and private sessions packages are valid for one month, 2 months and 4 months. Please ensure that you use your package before it expires. Unused expired packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.
Our classes are scheduled for 50 minutes or as otherwise stated on the online booking site. The Classes will take place at the times and on the dates set out in our schedule on our site and online booking site. We reserve the right to change our timetable and scheduled classes and will provide you with as much notice as possible. We also reserve the right to change the tutor as and when necessary, due to availability. We also reserve the right to change the fees and this information will be sent to you. Therefore, it is imperative that your email address and other contact details are up to date at all times and email us at dalia@wellnesspilates.uk if you need to provide us with updated details. We may post revisions to the timetable or the scheduled classes on our site so please check our site regularly.
It is very important that you turn up for your class or session on time. Please plan to arrive early in case of heavy traffic or some other delaying factor. Unfortunately, if you arrive late for any of the Services we offer, we will not be able to continue past the scheduled end time nor provide you with a refund. You may not assign your place in a class to another person. The same applies for online classes.
If you leave our classes at any time you forfeit any unused sessions.
All clients must complete an enrolment /health screening form before you take part in any of our Services. You will be required to update this form annually. It is very important that you answer these questions honestly and completely and in accordance with the disclaimer set out below.
Please cancel your PAYG class reservation at least 24 hours before the start of class. Cancellations 24 hours or less from the class start time and no shows are charged for. We are sorry, they cannot be swapped for another class or made up. Clients who book but do not show more than twice will be blacklisted from reserving spaces without paying upfront.
If you would like to cancel or modify a reservation or appointment, log in to your account on our site, go to the dashboard and click “Cancel” next to the class you wish to cancel on your schedule.
There are no refunds for missed classes.

Subject to the Terms, a person will become a client and have an Account when they complete the following-
(i) An enrolment form;
(ii) Health screening for; and
(iii) Access and use our booking system
You may not create an Account if you are under eighteen (18) years of age.
When creating an Account, the information you provide must be accurate and complete. If any of your information changes at a later date, it is your responsibility to ensure that your Account is kept up-to-date.
You must attend the classes wearing suitable attire for the class, as advised on our site. Fitted clothing which allows you to move freely and socks must be worn at all times. If you do not do so, we reserve the right to require you to leave the class.
Wellness Pilates reserves the right to expel, suspend for a specific period, or refuse to renew any membership or classes of any client whose conduct is or may, in Wellness Pilates’ reasonable opinion, be injurious to the character of Wellness Pilates or which amounts to a breach of the Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. Alternatively, where such expulsion is otherwise in the interests of the other clients of Wellness Pilates. Any client so expelled will forthwith cease to be a client of Wellness Pilates and will not be entitled to any refund for any period during which the membership or classes are suspended.
If a client brings a guest to Wellness Pilates for any Services, that guest must before the commencement of the relevant Services become a client in accordance with and subject to the Terms.
Any personal information provided in setting up your Account will be collected, used, and held in accordance with your rights as set out in our Privacy Policy.
Wellness Pilates have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your user identification code or password, you must promptly notify us at dalia@wellnesspilates.uk.
Wellness Pilates are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our site for your personal use and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to content posted on our site.
You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text. You must not record any of the classes set out in our Services.
Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of content on our site must always be acknowledged.
You must not use any part of the content on our site for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors.
If you print off, copy or download any part of our site in breach of these Terms, your right to use our site will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.
The content on our site is provided for general information only. It is not intended to amount to advice on which you should rely. You must obtain professional or specialist advice before taking, or refraining from, any action on the basis of the content on our site.
Although Wellness Pilates make reasonable efforts to update the information on our site, we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the content on our site is accurate, complete or up to date.
COVID-19 - To maintain our hygiene standards during the Coronavirus pandemic, we ask that ALL clients bring their own mat, softball, theraband, sitting/yoga block to class with them. Also a head pad or hand towel for those requiring one. Please contact dalia@wellnesspilates.uk for advice on where to purchase these items.
You will be required to fill out a Covid Screening form before attending the class.
You will also be required to sanitise your hands upon arrival and wear a face mask when you are not exercising on your mat.
We make our studio as safe as we can, but your belongings are left in the studio at your own risk. If you bring your personal belongings to classes, you are responsible for their safety and we shall not be liable for any loss, damage or destruction to such belongings.

Whether you are a consumer or a business user:
Wellness Pilates do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Our total liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of this agreement shall in all circumstances be limited to the total price paid by you for the classes in the 12 months preceding any claim.
If we are prevented from or delayed in performing our obligations by your act or omission or by any circumstance outside of our control, we shall not be liable to you for any costs, charges or losses sustained or incurred by you that arise directly or indirectly from such prevention or delay.
The provisions of this liability section shall survive termination of this agreement.
If you are a business user:
Wellness Pilates do not guarantee that our site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.
You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform to access our site. You should use your own virus protection software.
Disclaimer:- Physical exercise can be strenuous and subject to risk of serious injury. Wellness Pilates strongly recommend that you seek medical advice before undertaking any of the following:
(a) exercise program
(b) strenuous physical activity
(c) changes to your diet
(d) enhancement medication or food supplements. You agree that by participating in physical exercise, diet or training activities recommended or provided by us, you do so at your own risk. Any advice or information provided by us is for informational purposes only and should not replace the advice of your doctor.
Fitness and nutritional advice is subject to constantly evolving knowledge in relation to health, nutritional and sports science. Although Wellness Pilates base our Services and any nutritional tips (if relevant) on current studies and knowledge, We do not guarantee that these reflect the most up to date research findings.
By purchasing the Services you confirm that:
(i) you are physically able to undertake an exercise program with us and that none of the medical conditions set out in clause (iii) below apply to you; or
(ii) if one of the medical conditions set out in clause (iii) does apply to you or you have knowledge of any pre-existing medical conditions, that you have sought medical advice and a medical practitioner has confirmed that you are physically able to undertake such a class.
The medical conditions referred to above are as follows:
Wellness Pilates cannot determine any existing condition that may hamper your ability in respect of the Services and therefore you are responsible for your own wellbeing in this regard and Wellness Pilates accepts no responsibility or liability in this regard.
(v) For online classes, workshops or sessions:
By taking part in an online Pilates class group and private, you fully understand that your teacher is not able to offer any personal correction; you agree to take responsibility for your own body; you agree not to perform any exercises or movements that may cause you discomfort; and you confirm that you are fit and able to join the class. You must ensure that you are working in a safe environment and that you are able to clearly see and/or hear your teacher in order to follow instructions. It is your responsibility to let the teacher know before the class if anything affects your ability to exercise that day. By joining the class you automatically agree to waive all statutory rights against your teacher.
You can always end your contract with us. Your rights when you end the contract will depend on what you have bought, how we are performing and when you decide to end the contract:
(a) If you want to end the contract because of something Wellness Pilates have done or have told you we are going to do, see (A);
(b) If you have just changed your mind about the service, see (B). You may be able to get a refund if you are within the cooling-off period, but this may be subject to deductions;
(c) In all other cases (if Wellness Pilates are not at fault and there is no right to change your mind), see (C).
(A) Ending the contract because of something Wellness Pilates have done or are going to do. If you are ending a contract for a reason set out at (a) to (e) below the contract will end immediately and Wellness Pilates will refund you in full for any Services which have not been provided and you may also be entitled to compensation. The reasons are:
(d) Wellness Pilates have told you about an upcoming change to the Services or these Terms which you do not agree to;
(e) Wellness Pilates have told you about an error in the price or description of the Services you have ordered and you do not wish to proceed;
(f) there is a risk that supply of the Services may be significantly delayed because of events outside our control;
(g) Wellness Pilates have suspended supply of the Services for technical reasons, or notify you Wellness Pilates are going to suspend them for technical reasons, in each case for a period of more than 30 days; or
(h) you have a legal right to end the contract because of Wellness Pilates breaching the Terms of this contract.
(B) Exercising your right to change your mind (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). For most services bought online you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund.
When you don't have the right to change your mind. You do not have a right to change your mind in respect of:
(i) digital products after you have started to download or stream these;
(j) services, once these have been completed, even if the cancellation period is still running;
(k) products sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes, once these have been unsealed after you receive them; and
(l) any products which become mixed inseparably with other items after their delivery.
(C) Ending the contract where Wellness Pilates are not at fault and there is no right to change your mind. Even if Wellness Pilates are not at fault and you do not have a right to change your mind, you can still end the contract before it is completed, but you may have to pay us compensation. A contract for goods or digital content is completed when the product is delivered, downloaded or streamed and paid for. A contract for Services is completed when Wellness Pilates have finished providing the Services and you have paid for them. If you want to end the contract in these circumstances, just contact us to let us know. The contract will not end until [1 calendar month] after the day on which you contact us. Wellness Pilates will refund any advance payment you have made for products which will not be provided to you. For example, if you tell us you want to end the contract on 4 February Wellness Pilates will continue to supply the product until 3 March. Wellness Pilates will only charge you for supplying the product up to 3 March and will refund any sums you have paid in advance for the supply of the product after 3 March.
If you are a consumer, please note that these terms of use, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by English law. You and Wellness Pilates both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction except that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
If you are a business, these terms of use, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. Wellness Pilates both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
