I fell in love with Pilates after it had been recommended to me by my physiotherapist over 10 years ago. At that time I was struggling with a debilitating and chronic lower-back pain and after practising Pilates for a very short time - I realised the transformative impact it had had on my mobility and consequently lifestyle and well-being.
I was compelled to go on to enhance my knowledge of Pilates through further study. I embarked on a teacher training course with Body Control Pilates - Europe’s largest professional Pilates organisation and a benchmark for Pilates education.
