Wellness Pilates is a boutique Pilates practice based at The Queen's Club in West Kensington, London offering systematic, customised training in 1-to-1 and small on-line group pilates mat classes.

I fell in love with Pilates after it had been recommended to me by my physiotherapist over 10 years ago. At that time I was struggling with a debilitating and chronic lower-back pain and after practising Pilates for a very short time - I realised the transformative impact it had had on my mobility and consequently lifestyle and well-being.

I was compelled to go on to enhance my knowledge of pilates through further study. I embarked on a teacher training course with Body Control Pilates - Europe’s largest professional Pilates organisation and a benchmark for Pilates education.

Online Group Pilates Classes

Join from the comfort of your own home our live online classes. We offer two types of online pilates mat classes catering to beginners and intermediate.

Our pilates online classes are small limited to 12 people. We occasionally use small equipment for different purposes whether to mobilise, stretch or strengthen. Therefore, it would be good to have them handy when required for the class.

Align, Breathe And Centre

A gentle mat class focusing on the ABC’s of Pilates - the fundamentals. Suitable for Pilates beginners or anyone who wants to experience Align, Breathe and Centre.

Mobilise And Energise

A flow Pilates mat class to set you up for the day, focused on mobilisation, core strengthening, toning and postural alignment. Suitable for intermediate level and regular Pilates practitioners who want to advance their practice.
